Today is SO nice! It's 50 degrees...it hasn't been this warm since....September?
*sigh*
Had a BE.110 exam today, it was yuckish, have more exams. I should study but it's so hard to study after you take an exam. And it's a beautiful day.
This weekend was good...theta formal was tons of fun! Everyone looked so pretty and yeah it was just a really good time.
Saturday was good....took me a few tries to get out of bed...had cultural show practice....I totally blanked on the choreography when we got on stage in Kresge.....haha will have to work on that for the next couple of weeks. Relaxing day all in all.
Sunday was extremely busy but also good. I was debating whether I could make it to church or not and I did and I'm sooooooo glad I did. Park Street had the Lord's Supper and it was particularly meaningful yesterday.
Today is GORGEOUS! It makes BE.110 fade away. CPW is this weekend - yay! Joel e-mailed out about fasting and prayer for CPW for the entire CCC ministry, which is really exciting. Can't wait to see what happens.
So I read this today...it's in the chapter in Daniel about one of his visions..."Then he [an angel] continued, "Do not be afraid Daniel. Since the first day that you set your mind to gain understanding and to humble yourself before Your God, your words were heard, and I have come in response to them." ~ Daniel 10:12 (NIV)
HOW COOL IS THAT!
I've been getting kind of down lately, because I just feel like the last month or so my walk with the Lord hasn't been where it should be. Since after church yesterday, I've been praying about what to do, and I just happened to read this passage in the Bible today. So cool :-). It's just so amazing (and humbling!) to be reminded that God does really hear us when we call out for Him, all we have to do is ask to understand Him and draw closer to Him. It's funny because usually during my devotional time I try to find an action point or two, but today it was just one giant action point. Good good stuff.
Okay off to enjoy the outdoors! And pretend I don't really have a 10.301 exam tomorrow.
Yay!
