Random 10 Songs on iTunes - the game...

So, inspired by a friend's blog, I present the first Money @ MIT iTunes lyrics game.  Here is how this works:  I will post 10 lyrics from a random selection of iTunes songs on my computer.  The first person to correctly identify all 10 song titles and artists wins (if the song is from a show, just the name of the show and song title are sufficient).

What do you win?  Other than immense satisfaction?  Not much.  A shout out in my next blog entry!  And bragging rights.

  1. “When everything starts breaking down, you take the pieces off the ground.”
  2. “Yes I, I hate it when the blood starts flowing, but I'm glad to see resistance growing.“
  3. “Why did I have to break in?  I only came here to talk.“
  4. “I'm waiting for that final moment, you say the words that I can't say.“
  5. “When I haver...“
  6. “I'm a big boy now, or so they say, so if you'll serve I'll be on my way.“
  7. “I slapped Garth Brooks out of his Rhinestone shirt.“
  8. “Leading you down into my core.“
  9. “Into the water, into the truth, in your reflection...“
  10. “So bottle up old love, throw it out to sea.“

Good luck and have fun!

(BTW in the interest of full disclosure, I did have to eliminate about 5 or 6 instrumentals and songs in foreign languages, specifically Hebrew, for which I don't have the character support)
