i'm back, and i miss them

ya..ya..ya... finally.... my bos win "that war" for almost two months. This is about a high layer that we as an engineer still couldn't touch it, or even dream on it. This afternoon, He came to office and told (He said: Azil, do you think I win or lose?) me that tomorrow i can meet my lovely (well... thoose're not mine, but our client's) machines. If you know that doing nothing is sux!!!, i would like to say Thx Boss.
Ehem.. Boss, do you know? while at this last two months, i've been interviewed (and tested) at SIEMENS, HP, HUAWEI, and Johnson just only because doing nothing is sux!!! But i know, that I already falling in love with thoose machines.yeah..rite..™

Finally i own my own planet. Just like Pak Budi (or here, here, here, many more) who own planet for him self, which was Priyadi made it (and hosted in his sub domain).
There is no such reason unless " gratisan is just gratisan™ " haha...

i come to office before eight, and i come to home after six. on working hour, i dedicated my selft for this job. though, sometimes i make my self take a rest by login to my junk mail account which is subscribed in id-gmail. i make my phonecell 24h on, this means i'm ok if sometimes my client or my boss call me, even at midnight or my holiday. on my leisure time (and also my vacations), i always thinking about my jobs, about my systems, and about my client. and fyi, when i sleep, most of my dream is about my jobs *sigh*

a month working alone

it's been a month, since my subs went back to his country. at first, he told me that he will back and leave me alone. and i though he was kidding since our machine is a very complicated and i still newbie in this field (os, protocol, appl). argh....

in the end of his day in jakarta he said that "Good Luck", while i said "Oh My God".
Ok, this is a triger for me. and he and my office has challanges me to get higher and higher... at first i always pray, Oh..God...please...give me a power to learn fast to understand these new thing in a fast track. while also i keep to updating my knoledge by targeting what to learn today, and what to be understand this week.
Alhamdulillah, only with a "kejepit" i learn faster than what that i already targeted.

all day to day was an easy, analysing statistic from log, watching process, making a report,
and simple tuning my system. until some thing happen, and i named it with "first test".

my "first test" was last week. at midnight of wednesday, my client call me that our system has a strange behaviour. the GUI alerting that it has something wrong. at first i answer, Oh My God... :D while i asked him, should i come? he said that "it's ok, the system has already back into normal and i doesn't have to come to DC". but at that time, i didn't believe. my feeling said that there must be something wrong. b'coz, hm... i don't know, at that time, i had a very bad feeling.
and that was true, in the morning, after back from Mushola for Shubuh, i dressed and pick my bag went to DC in Cyber Building, Kuningan. After login, and checking the log i said "Oh My God...." then i was panic at first. Calling my client supervisor was my first step, just to inform him about what's going on. Then, i check into our document about disaster recovery.
Bingo...there was no one document related with that problems.
I contact my subs in our HQ using YM!, and i call my bos just to inform there is something happen with our system. I made an escalations, b'coz i can't solve this problem. based on log file, there'was nothing wrong with our system through our applications. but the alarm alerting us that there is some unusual process. this cause our system can't make a communication with another system, smsc. as the impact, our client's partner can't also processing their's. from morning trough midnight, and goes to morning again we (me, my subs, my client, other third partner) still can't understand whats wrong with this. until 3am, we decide to take a rest first. since this trouble was sometimes clean, but sometimes happen again. argh..
then i come back to DC after lunch. again, we're still couldn't understand whats wrong with this. until one of my client enginer said that its just only a simple problem. we're having a serious discussion analyse one by one, while i also still give some data and log using email and ym! that my subs ask it for. BINGO!!! we're have one conclusions, our system has a hardware problems, ethernet problems. after i see the /var/adm/messages HAHAHA it just only hardware conflict *sigh* only hardware conflict??????? then, helped with NOC engineer, we're trace one by one who's using the same address with my machine. and finaly we found it. it was an old machine which was normally this machine shouldn't be used anymore. but, suddenly this was powered on by we're don't know who made it on. we ask one by one, but there was nobody who claim that has powered on that machine. ARGH.........................

next, i don't know.... just keep learn with the track that i've planned before. hopefully, if there is any problem, i'll made it clean in a second.

this small thing that will change my life, change her life, change our life. it is Frank n Co. that provided us that small thing. many thanks to their sales marketing people at plasa semangi branch who was helping us to choose which one that fit our needs, and simple explaing us about diamond *since we don't understand anything about diamond*.
at first we're very confused, where to buy. searching at forum related, we found the two most recomended store *jakarta*. "ORORI and Frank n Co." Since ORORI store is just only at Kelapa Gading, it was imposible for us to reach them. And we decided to choose Frank n Co at Plasa Semangi b'coz the location it self is the nearest.

having some discussion, and consulted by their sales marketing, we choose one beautifull ring. yes its only one, bcoz i won't use ring on my finger. if though we buy two, i'll ask Cinta to use both ;) After i said, "Ok we buy this", Frank n Co. has a very good service, welcome to the club. but at first i came, their sales marketing looks like not in a 100% serving us. dont' know, maybe they though we're just asking or they though we're just a high school graduated couple who admiring their product *hehe...our face still looks like a high school graduated* but its ok, that was not an important thing for us.

Last sunday eve,i was lengserkeprabon as a KETUA. So, maybe there will no friends call me Pak Ketu, unless b'coz their habbit. I was about more than 8 years for being a number one. It is Sandy AKA Dede and Bayu AKA GT who will conduct us to continuing our strategy and program. Astaghfirullah....
