Last thursday, i break my thursday's fasting in Al Azhar Kebayoran with MINE. Then after having GULE DAGING, which was served near Mosque, i ask MINE to accompanying me for trying "ROTI BAKAR EDI BLOK M". It just because i still have a 'free space' in my stomach, gosh.... those "GULE DAGING" didn't kick my stomach :p. And also we still have some minutes to spend. Moreover, i have a big curriousity for ROTI BAKAR EDI.
i know this brand "ROTI BAKAR EDI BLOK M" since Irvan Ihsan (Irvan), and Arlingga Pandega (Angga)'re still PramborsFM DJ's. *This means that i were in Junior High School :p* They told us [read: me] that some times they prefer went (read: hang out) to ROTI BAKAR EDI after they show.
This brand has become a "LEGEND" i think, just because they could maintain they outlet (and also the brand it self) sustainable.
Having a deal with MINE, we went to its location which're only ten to twelve metres from Al Azhar Kebayoran.
And hey.... there're nothing special with it. The people, the menu, the way they service us, they're all same and standard, except the place it self which're near from Al Azhar Kebayoran.
i order "Roti Bakar TaBUR KeJU, AKA BURJU", while MINE order "Roti Bakar Coklat+Keju".
Just like what i say, there's nothing special with the food it self. And honestly i could made with the same, and even with a good one :p
Questions, how come they could maintain their (returned/loyal)customer? how do they attract new customer (like me)? how do they keep their business sustain? while they have a very standard in people, price, promotions, product, and place.

if you're living on Bekasi, and especially near from Taman Galaxy, you should ever heard about "irazedia documment services". it's a store that services its customer for the needs of digital documment. from photo printing, docomment printing, computer rental, cybercafe, etc.
it was in the afternoon that i have to print my pdf document asap, and since my printer're lack of ink then i try to find a documment printing services. i had three or more kind of business of documment printing services near from my house. and i choose irazedia coz it's located near from bca's atm (need to get money first).
entering its store, i got a crowded situations with five to seven of uniformed staff. for me, which is going to irazedia only just for printing, it was confusing. i got a copy machines near an entrance door, then i got a casheer located after copy machines, cybercaffe with a shielded room in front of casheer and some of windowsed pc after. gosh... for me, as a first time customer, its just realy confusing enough.
ok, i'm not going to tell about their bad (at least for me) layout. i just wanna talk about their services. since i was confused enough about what should i do if i wanna print my document, i was asked one of its copy center staff (i know since they got their staff uniformed). he told me to go through to a staff who was sat near pc. he was so busy enough with his job, while i'm interupting him. yes, he turn his face then while doing his job, he put my usb's drive to his pc. what makes me sick was after he put my usb's drive, he did nothing with mine. he doing the unstruct of his jobs, and i need to wait. it was fine if i should wait for finishing his jobs before he accept my usb's drive. but i should wait after he received mine, which was i, and perhaps any customers, supposed that he will doing what was i asked. its poor services not stop, by doing with a lazy body gestures, the document that printed it self're not satisfied me. at least for Rp.2000,-/page it was nothing. argh..... compared with some documment printing services in Gandaria, which has cheaper and better qualties its nothing. ok fine, i accept it as a lesson to learn. then after all documents're finished, i pay it in casheer, and i got its staff're busy with phone calls. and she trying to services me while she was talking on the phone. oh... gosh... fine, i accept it as a lesson to learn.
