a career

Some HR Consultant said that as a young profesional, we should be patient about our career journey. this also including with our salary, our achivement, our duty and responsible, etc.
while they also said that if you want to move to achive your career into some other corporate, again, you have to patient and wait untill two years in your current. at that time, a question is, why should two years? they said that two years is the minimum that you could be called as an experienced proffesionals. less than two years is not enough for a *new* corporate act you as an experienced proffesionals.

 

And why should move to another corporate? if you think that after so many times, perhaps two or three years, that your career're not accelerating with a good condition, this is mean you're in a stack condition. you have to analyse why this occured to you. ask your senior, or your subs, or your hr, or your bos. while it sometimes didn't help you b'coz they also thinking hardly about they career *HAHAHAHA...*
