new years, new office

Alhamdulillah.....
This last two weeks i've been interviewed by some company, and most of them're IT Company from the national with a new started business till the multinational with many experiences. For the shake of the rest there're two company that make me curious.
The first is the new started it business. In which that there're all young and energethic people including their CTO and CIO. Up untill four time that i've been processed with this, and finaly, with all my respect, they can't afford all my request. You know, as an employee we're looking for a GOOD PAID and a WELL SITUATIONS job. Yes, they couldn't give me what i'm asking for. At that time, there were something shattered on my mind that they should know that i like their company, and their business model ofcourse, very much. Hoping that they stil wanna hire me so that i could help their business grow smoothly.
The second one is the new comer in telco industry in indonesia. they're big in their country, but still has to grow in indonesia. Their CEO called me this eve, while i'm prepared my self to go to Musholla for Maghrib praying. As i remember, He promiss to me that He wanna call me on wednesday, so that i posted "melewati matahari esok" in id-gmail, bungamatahari, and blogs.mit.edu/azil/.
The crazy things're when i was asking him about my competency. Either my hard competency or my soft competency.
./me: Sir, does my cv match your needs?
ceo: Well, frankly NOT

Gosh... Astaghfirullah.. at those time i became very nervous and hard to breath. coz, why do they call me? dunno what, donno why, it still mysterious for me.
Simple thought, i doesn't want to know what and why they hire my while my cv doesn't match with their needs :p what i've to do is just do my best and show to this industry that i could make a hit.
Ought, btw, this kinda new industry for me. in my previous, i was doing some presales besides giving some technical solutions to my client. while next, all i have to do just to make their business process run well.

Astaghfirullah.... Ya Allah, if this is best for me, best for all, please help me....
